Welcome — I’m Andrea, your Mental Wellness and Spiritual Guide

From a young age, life presented me with challenges that taught me resilience and self-awareness. I first turned to exercise to manage difficult emotions, and as the years went by, I began exploring more holistic paths — from yoga and meditation to art therapy, ocean walks, and connecting with spiritual practitioners and tarot guides.

Through these experiences, I discovered how powerful it can be to blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity to support emotional healing. Traditional counselling also helped me, though I often found that access and affordability could be barriers when support was needed most.

That’s when I felt called to create The Soul Sanctuary — a safe, accessible space where mind, body, and spirit come together in the healing process. My approach combines gentle conversation with activities that bring you joy and calm — whether that’s a guided meditation, mindful movement, a creative exercise, or simply walking by the waves.

My intention is to offer a sanctuary where you feel heard, supported, and renewed — helping you find peace, clarity, and the strength to face whatever comes next.
