  • Setting intentions or exploring guidance through spirit
  • Outdoor activities, from a simple walk to bodyboarding in the waves

Beyond the activities, your session includes guidance and tools to support your mental, physical, and emotional wellness goals. The Sanctuary is a safe and supportive space where you can openly share the challenges you’re facing, and together we’ll explore ways to move through them.

Think of it as having an accountability coach: someone who listens, encourages, and gently reminds you to engage in the things that bring joy, peace, and fulfillment into your life.
