About the sessions

  • A Program that focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of your body as well as the physical. As the saying goes, a healthy mind equals a healthy body, and vice versa
  • A private, tranquil space to focus on the client and a place where you the client can focus on yourself
  • Each session is personally tailored to each individual as we are all unique. Your session might include some exercise such as yogalates or resistance training, meditation, crafting, setting intentions or pulling a tarot card. It may be as simple as going for a walk or splashing in the waves on a bodyboard. The objective of the session is to get you smiling and feeling good.
  • It includes assistance with finding the motivation and tools to reach your mental, physical and emotional wellness goals.
  • The Sanctuary is a safe space where you can open up about the challenges you are currently experiencing in life and together we will identify ways to get through them.
  • An accountability coach basically, someone who supports you, listens to you and then gently reminds you to the do things that bring joy to your lie and makes your heart smile.
